A certificate of attendance is included with the registration fee. You must attend live sessions to receive a certificate of attendance. Log in and log out times are monitored by Zoom, so you must log in using the personalized link that will be emailed to you for each session. Please see the Continuing Education information page.
Cancellation Policy
Transfer of registration to another person may be made once, at any time without a fee. All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Written
notice of cancellation received by fax at 608-664-3751 or postmarked by November 15, 2021 will be issued a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after November 15, 2021. AFCC reserves the right to cancel any training or substitute any presenter
should circumstances beyond our control arise.
